DELIVERY INFORMATION

At FoxxPods, we are dedicated to ensuring that your pod arrives safely and is positioned exactly where you need it. Here’s what you need to know:

DELIVERY

  • Transport: Your pod will be delivered on a specialized truck equipped with a crane. This ensures that your pod is transported safely and securely.

  • Fully Assembled: Your pod arrives fully assembled, ready for placement on your property. This means you can start enjoying your new space without the hassle of additional setup or construction.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible for the truck and crane. Please ensure that there are no obstructions such as low hanging trees, power lines, narrow roads, or tight turns that could hinder the delivery process.

  • Clear Path: Ensure that the path to the delivery site is clear of any obstacles, including vehicles, debris, or other obstructions. This will facilitate a smooth and efficient delivery process.

  • Permissions and Restrictions: Make sure all necessary permissions are obtained for the delivery. This includes checking local regulations and securing any required permits for the truck and crane operation.

  • Ground Preparation: The ground where the pod will be placed must be appropriately prepared and ready. This includes ensuring a stable surface to support the pod’s weight. Failure to prepare the ground adequately may result in delays or additional charges.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • Confirmation: Once your pod is ready for delivery, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.

  • Timing: Delivery times are subject to weather conditions and other logistical factors. We will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule.

ON DELIVERY DAY

  • Driver Assistance: The delivery driver will assist with the placement of your pod. Please be available on-site to provide any specific instructions or to facilitate access.

  • Setup: The driver will ensure that the pod is set up perfectly and ready to go before leaving your site. This includes final positioning and any necessary adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction.

  • Inspection: Upon delivery, you will have the opportunity to inspect your pod to ensure it has arrived in perfect condition. Any concerns should be addressed immediately with the driver.
