WARRANTY COVERAGE

FoxxPods offers a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all our pods, ensuring your investment is protected against manufacturing defects and issues that may arise under normal use. Our warranty covers the following components and services:

STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY

  • Framework: We guarantee that the structural framework of your pod will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.

  • Roofing and Exterior: The roofing and exterior components are warranted against leaks, material defects, and faulty workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

  • Electrical: All electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, and fixtures, are covered under warranty for one year from the date of delivery.

SOLAR PANEL SYSTEM

  • Solar Panels: The solar panel system installed on your pod is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's documentation for specific terms and conditions of the solar panel warranty.

  • Installation: Any issues related to the installation of the solar panels by FoxxPods are covered under our 1-year warranty.

IINTERIOR & EXTERIOR FIXTURES AND FINISHES

  • Fixtures: Interior fixtures are covered under this warranty for one year from the date of delivery.

  • Finishes: Paint, flooring, and other finishes are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Regular maintenance and wear and tear of the pod are not covered under this warranty.

  • Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

  • Environmental Factors: Damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other environmental factors beyond our control is excluded from this warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

If you encounter an issue covered by this warranty, please follow these steps to file a claim:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@foxxpods.com. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant photos or documentation.

  2. Inspection: Our team will schedule an inspection of your pod to assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.

  3. Resolution: If the issue is covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the defective component at no cost to you. Our goal is to resolve warranty claims as quickly and efficiently as possible to minimize any inconvenience to you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FoxxPods' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components as outlined above. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use your pod.
